Since 2019, Silicon Lake Vocational and Technical College has gradually established a "Silicon Lake characteristic curriculum system" consisting of five courses: "Brand Course", "Platform course", "Course Ideological and Political Demonstration Course", "school-enterprise cooperation course" and "Course Entrepreneurship Demonstration course". In order to exchange experience and check the effectiveness of course construction, the Academic Affairs Office organized a special course briefing meeting for the 2021-202-1 semester at 13:30 p.m. on December 15, 2021, in Room 104, Yucai Building. Organize the interim report of 11 "Demonstration courses of Curriculum Ideology and Politics" that have been approved, and the first stage report of 4 "school-enterprise cooperation courses" offered in this semester. The meeting was presided over by Wu Haihua, assistant director of the Office of Academic Affairs. Zhang Qi, Executive Vice President, Xu Hongjun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the University, Luo Chun, Vice President, Ji Zhongjie, Assistant President and Director of the Office of Academic Affairs Yao Yuexia were the judges. Wang Haizhou, deputy director of the Office of Academic Affairs, director of the Teaching and Research office of each department and professional leaders attended the meeting.

When reporting, the course leader or main team members focused on "how to integrate ideological and political elements into the teaching content", "how to conduct in-depth cooperation with enterprises", what work has been done and what work to do next. A number of course reports said: "Curriculum ideology and politics" is not to forcibly inculcate ideological and political ideas, but to return to the original intention of "educating people", in a subtle way, to cultivate students' correct outlook on life and values.

At the end of the course report, Ms. Yao Yuexia, the assistant president, explained the importance of strengthening the course construction from the perspective of Silicon Lake characteristic course construction, and affirmed the achievements of the course report. She hoped that everyone would continue to control the construction requirements, strengthen the connotation construction, and promote and apply the experience and ideas of course construction to the construction of other courses.

Afterwards, Ji Zhongjie, the assistant president, expressed the hope that each college (department) could create an excellent new model of school-enterprise cooperation in curriculum development, and support the school's "10,000 people training" work with curriculum construction, and thoroughly implement the school-enterprise joint talent training model.

In the end, Executive Vice President Zhang Qi gave a summing up speech, he fully affirmed the role of the course briefing, he expressed the hope that every teacher can build all kinds of characteristic courses of Silicon Lake well, the construction of characteristic and effective, and really train students with Silicon Lake brand, innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and ability, the society and the country needs useful talents.
