Kunshan Shenhu Tourism Commercial Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Suzhou Yinmeng Lake Group, invested RMB 5 billion in developing and constructing the park. The first phase with the construction area of 35,000 square meters has been completed and opened on August 27, 2010. Southeast and East, refreshed all visitors for its unique layout as well as decoration. Origin of the name

Jiangsu Province is located in the east of China, and Huaqiao Town of Kunshan City is located in the southeast of Jiangsu Province. East-South-East is where we are now. Among the twelve earthly branches, it is located at "Chen". Chen, in the Chinese zodiac, belongs to the dragon. East-South-East is located at the intersection of Tongsan Expressway and Beijing-Shanghai Highway. The two expressways run east-west and north-south respectively, just like two giant dragons running through the land of China, and East-South-East is the joint of the two giant dragons, meaning leading China Tourism cultural and creative industries.
