In order to implement the requirements of the superior on further strengthening the school's epidemic prevention and control work and ensure the smooth implementation of online courses during the epidemic period, all departments of the school worked together to rapidly deploy online teaching work. On August 29, the Academic Affairs Office released the Online Teaching Work Plan for the Fall Semester of 2022 and the Online Teaching Quality Monitoring Plan for the Fall Semester of 2022, which put forward requirements and pointed out the direction for the smooth and effective implementation of online teaching in schools.

Second, smooth and orderly, improve efficiency

On August 29, 2022, the Academic Affairs Office organized an online teaching training meeting for new teachers who have been in the school for less than three years, during which corresponding arrangements were made for online teaching environment and equipment, curriculum teaching implementation, teaching quality monitoring and other contents, to provide early guarantee for the smooth development of online teaching and the building of intelligent teaching classroom.

On August 30, 2022, the teachers and students of the whole school welcomed the first class of the new semester. The teachers adjusted the equipment in advance and released the course time and live broadcast address. They were proficient in online platforms such as Super Star Learning Link and Tencent Conference, with clear teaching objectives and clear teaching ideas. Students enter the "broadcast room" on time, the course is orderly, students have high enthusiasm in class, the interaction between teachers and students is warm; The academic Affairs Office and other administrative departments are on standby at all times to pay attention to the teaching progress and make emergency plans for emergencies.

According to statistics, our school opened 138 teaching classes on the first day, involving a total of 84 teachers, 6874 students participated in online lectures.

Third, Online Monitoring, to Ensure Quality

During the online teaching period, in order to ensure the effect of online teaching, the Teaching Quality Evaluation Center of the Academic Affairs Office takes the lead and once again uses the online teaching supervision group composed of university leaders, school-level supervisors and some middle-level cadres. According to the schools (departments) supervised by them, the online teaching supervision group will carry out the system of visiting classes and attending lectures every day, focusing on the class situation of new teachers, external teachers and experimental and practical training courses.
